This winter, The Alpina Gstaad unveils Monti, a new restaurant dedicated to the art of "sharing-style" dining.
Executive Chef Martin Göschel delights guests with vibrant dishes, perfect for convivial moments at lunch or dinner.

Highlights include tableside preparations of meat and fish, a tempting Swiss cheese trolley, and a variety of creative salad creations. Monti’s elegant setting blends modern style with distinctive local charm, offering a space where exceptional cuisine and inviting ambiance come together.

Lunch on Saturday and Sunday : 12.30pm – 2.30pm

Dinner from Tuesday to Saturday : 6.30pm - 10.30pm

Kindly note,  that we offer two seatings per evening service at 7pm and 9.15pm.

Closed on Mondays. Closed for dinners on Sundays.
